This package will give you half of all of the premium cuts off of a side of beef. It will also include ground beef from the trimmings off of our mouth watering steaks!
Pay a $250 deposit to reserve your beef and when it is available, we will contact you to go over how you would like your cuts made and let you know the actual weight, since every animal can vary.
The deposit will go toward the total cost, which is 120 pounds of actual take home meat.
