The RRAV498 is a direct replacement for the original Yamaha RAV498 remote and works immediately with compatible Yamaha AV receivers without programming. It provides full control of input selection, volume adjustment, and complete menu navigation. The remote is pre-programmed for Yamaha AV receivers but can be configured to control other devices such as TVs, DVD players, and satellite receivers using the included manual. This model operates ZONE 1 functions only and does not control ZONE 2 on multi-zone receivers. Originally supplied with Yamaha models HTR5066 and RXV575.
