How to Use
- For hot use: Boil enough water to cover the pack, remove from heat, and soak the pack for 5 to 6 minutes. Alternatively, microwave in 15-second intervals on high until the desired temperature is reached. Place in the protective cover and gently press to distribute the gel.
- For cold use: Store the pack without its cover in the freezer or refrigerator compartment for at least 1 hour. Do not apply to the skin for more than 20 minutes at a time, and allow 20 minutes between applications.
