Trumpeter John Marshall and pianist Tardo Hammer formed this group when the Metropolitan Bopera House broke up. Like Danny D'Imperio (former leader of the Metropolitan Bopera House), the Marshall-Hammer Bopera House is dedicated to the revitalization of bebop and hard bop.
