Richard Hawley's 2005 classic album 'Coles Corner' is set to be reissued in celebration of it's 20th anniversary in 2025. The new 1LP version features half-speed mastered audio. This landmark album marked Hawley's third studio effort (his debut with Mute Records), and it remains a cornerstone in Hawley's discography, considered a favourite by many. Recorded at Sheffield's Yellow Arch Studios, the album features a blend of vintage '40s and '50s sounds, chamber pop, country, blues, and rock 'n' roll, reflecting Hawley's deep affection for his hometown of Sheffield.
