Creatures was formed in Curitiba in mid-2019. After releasing several singles, Bart Gabriel released Creatures' 2021 debut album on his former label Iron Oxide Records. The follow-up, Creatures II, is now seeing the light of day via High Roller Records. It was recorded between September 2024 and March 2025 at Arthur Migotto's (Hazy Hamlet) Heavy Tron Studio. Mateus Cantaleano and Migotto produced the album. All music and lyrics were penned by Mateus Cantaleano. The album was recorded by Marc Brito (vocals), Mateus Cantaleano (guitar), Ricke Nunes (bass), and Sidnei Dubiella (drums). Guest musicians Caio Vidal on keyboards and Arthur Migotto on backing vocals also contributed. Musically, it is a mixture of hard rock and heavy metal with a somewhat dark mood. That is the essence of the band: dynamic riffs combined with catchy choruses and slightly darker melodies.
