Q: Suddenly stop working/Picture freeze
A: Reset decoder or update firmware/Connect with other TV or HDMI port try /Use Power supply (5V)/not put near cooling port.
Q: Does the product support LAN?
A: Sorry to tell you, this product does not support, currently only support free channels under DVB- T2/C frequency
Q: Remote does not sync
A: Watch video from product page or contact us to replace.
Q: Losing channels
A: Open power setting/Open LCN/Choose the right country and language/use a signal enhancer/move antenna.
Q: Does the product support Internet access?
A: After inserting WiFi receiver, you can use YouTube and ip tv function, if you encounter YouTube can not play video, please set the country in YouTube interface; ip tv does not provide subscription service, please solve it by yourself.
