The Harbor Breeze TR326A remote and MR101T receiver combo is a direct replacement kit for the Elmhurst 52-in ceiling fan (item 2599769). This set allows full control of fan speeds (low, medium, high), light dimming, and specialty modes such as Home, Walk Away, and Natural Breeze. No programming is required when used with compatible fans. Control options include the handheld remote, the FansIO mobile app, or voice commands via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

SYNCING INSTRUCTIONS: Turn off the main power, then turn it back on. Within 30 seconds, press and hold the high and low speed buttons on the remote at the same time for 5 seconds. Once complete, the fan will start on low speed with the light off.
