Mandom Bifesta Micellar Water is a Japanese eye makeup remover that easily and thoroughly removes makeup including waterproof mascara.  It features a moisturizing ingredient, usually used in skin lotion, that has high affinity with oily ingredients of makeup.  Thanks to its moisturizing and cleansing ingredients, which quickly "float" and envelop oil-based makeup, you can easily remove eye makeup without rubbing, keeping the eye area fresh and moisturized.  The product contains non-irritant formula and it's fragrance-free, colorant-free, preservative-free, and paraben-free.

How To Use: 

• Shake well before using
• Checking that the water-based and emollient layers are well mixed, apply generously onto a cotton pad
• Place moistened cotton on an eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds
• Wipe gently, without rubbing.  The product blends well with eye makeup; there is no need for rubbing hard
