The J top mount 12-door biparting bifold kit folds twelve panels accordion-style along a wall-mounted track, with six panels folding and stacking to each side of the opening — with no hardware visible on any door face. The J top mount roller attaches to the top edge of each panel, keeping all door faces completely clear while the J-style roller arm remains visible above. For a fully clear opening, only 15 in of clear wall is needed on each side — six panels fold into three 2-panel folds of 5 in each. This configuration is designed for the widest openings where wall clearance is limited to one direction on each side.
J top mount is the only compatible hanger style for 12-door biparting. Each side stacks six panels — the same as a 6-door one-way configuration — and J-strap hardware mounts to the door face, which obstructs the panels from folding tightly and can scratch adjacent panels in a six-panel stack. J top mount keeps all door faces clear for a clean, tight stack on both sides.
This is a Goldberg Brothers standard duty kit, made to order in Colorado with a limited lifetime warranty. Available in all 17 Goldberg Brothers powder coat finishes.
