6-track live album, recorded at sold-out shows in Paris and Amsterdam last year from Yannis & The Yaw, following the release of the critically acclaimed Lagos Paris London EP (featuring Tony Allen). Released on limited edition double black vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve'Onstage' includes a previously unreleased composition '3' plus a dazzling cover of the Tony Allen masterpiece 'Afrodisco Beat' from his groundbreaking 1979 record 'Progress, Jealousy'.The recordings showcases the expansive, old school Afrobeat-inspired jams from the EP,capturing the spirit of the musicianship and personality that made the late, legendary Tony Allen such an inimitable figure. Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis led the touring party and was joined by joined by key EP collaborators Vincent Taurelle (keys) and Vincent Taeger (drums) along with Dave Okumu (guitar, The Invisible) Seye Adelekan (bass, Gorillaz) and the project's visual collaborator Kit Monteith (percussion, synths).
