Over 20 years, Cunningham has pioneered Black British avant-garde music. Radical Frame is the apotheosis of his career thus far, embodying his signature sounds, as well as passing the torch to the next generation of artists. Enlisting creative direction from Anna Van der Velde and rybskie, Radical Frame is bold and thought-provoking, interspersed throughout with elements of Actress' signature satirical humour. Radical Frame follows the Concréte Waves collaboration with Suzanne Ciani and international touring across Barbican, Sónar, Venice Biennale, Rewire and more. Radical Frame features vocals from CASISDEAD (single ""Live By You"") and Rainy Miller, adding to a long list of impeccable collaborations across Actress' career, with the likes of The London Contemporary Orchestra (LAGEOS), Sampha (""Walking Flames""), Jonnine Standish, Zsela, Laura Groves, Aura T-09, remixing tracks for Kelis, Daniel Avery, LEYA, Kelsey Lu & Yves Tumor, Carmen Villain, Perfume Genius, Tirzah and many more- also appearing on John Cale's acclaimed Mercy.
