Adventure Time’s three-episode-spanning finale explores the past, present, and future of Ooo, granting its beloved residents the wistful final farewell they more than deserve. Adventure Time: Come Along With Me is like a warm sunset; like hanging up the phone after an evening chat with an old friend; like the last weekend of summer vacation. It’s a bittersweet celebration of memories shared together, and a brave look into the future.

The music of Come Along With Me reflects that ponderous, nostalgic mood. Like all of the show’s music, Tim Kiefer’s soundtrack plays with lo-fi arrangements and sincere songwriting to evoke powerful but guileless emotions. We at iam8bit couldn’t help but imagine it playing sweetly on a turnable, next to an open window and a spring breeze. So we teamed up with our friends at WaterTower Music to make that happen.

This is the Adventure Time: Come Along with Me Soundtrack from the Animated Series Vinyl, a 1xLP physical manifestation of that indescribably Adventure Time magic. All the hits are here, including “Island Song” (that’s the main theme!) and Rebecca Sugar’s all-new original track “Time Adventure.”

And just look at that album art: Background Designer/Visual Developer Jessie Balmer crafted a piece that somehow captures all the joy, melancholy, and majesty of Jake and Finn’s magical childhood.
