What it is:
Plum in Cognac 2024 is a reimagined woody gourmand fragrance that builds on the legacy of the original 2020 scent, this time crafted around a new vintage French oak cognac barrel. With juicy plum, smooth cognac, and a shift toward vetiver and gourmand warmth, it’s a rich, seductive blend with modern elegance and depth.
Fragrance story:
Born from the complexities of barrel aging, Plum in Cognac 2024 is the result of both limitation and reinvention. After exhausting the original vintage barrel used to age the alcohol in Plum in Cognac, Scents of Wood turned to master perfumer Pascal Gaurin to recalibrate the formula to suit a new French oak barrel with a cognac pedigree. The outcome is less boozy, more gourmand, and richly textured. Still unmistakably Plum — but with more vetiver, more warmth, and an effortlessly captivating character that’s easier to love and just as addictive.
