With well over 1000 commercially released songs, Seaside Riot expands on their much loved frenetic formula with a newfound sheen and precision. The new recording feature a unique Boyracer line up with the only permanent member in their 30 plus year career Stewart Anderson, joined by Riley (Artsick), Mario (Kids on a Crime Spree), Chuck (Bright Lights), and original Boyracer Sarah Records era guitarist Simon, who returns to the band after a 29 year abscence! Recorded in Seaside California, and Seaside Oregon (hence the album title), but also drawing inspiration from the spirit of mayday madness of Mods and Rockers on Brighton Beach in the early 60s, Seaside Riot is indeed a riotous affair of sharp incisive top drawer indie-punk-pop.
