In 1983 Ian Anderson released his debut solo album, Walk Into Light. Embracing the advances in musical technology during the early 1980s, the album was made in close collaboration with Peter-John Vettese. Recorded on 24-track using mainly electronic instruments including an early drum machine at Ian Anderson's home studio in Buckinghamshire, the album has now been remixed using more natural sounding drums by Bruce Soord. The album kicks off with the single 'Fly By Night'.
